Sayward is a highly accomplished manager with proven experience in growth, training and development. While working over a decade with teenagers, she took the skills and strengths acquired through a relatively unknown and misunderstood career and transferred them into leadership and development within the financial and banking industry. From there, she formed trusting, strong relationships with Pittsburgh's community and non-profit partners and investors, forming strong bonds for institutional grant-making and Foundational giving. Overall, Sayward’s strong, professional and personal network lends itself to her overall ability to connect with others and build relationships all over the Greater Pittsburgh area.
Born and raised in Sewickley, Sayward is a graduate of Quaker Valley School District and went on to complete her undergraduate studies at Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP). A resident of Wexford, Sayward is actively involved in the Pine Township community, as well as Sewickley. Together with her husband, Kenny, they have 3 children. Sayward’s children attend Quaker Valley, and her stepdaughter is in Pine Richland.
Throughout her career, Sayward’s passion lies in helping and loving others. For just under a decade, Sayward spent her time advocating for others through the Bank of America Foundation and the Boys and Girls Club of America. Currently, she is heavily involved with Inspired Hearts and Hands, a non-profit serving the Butler community providing basic needs to children and families, and the Child Health Association of Sewickley.
When not listing and selling homes, you can find Sayward running the streets of Sewickley, North Park or Wexford, supporting Quaker Valley’s Track and Field team, Quaker Valley boys Lacrosse, Pine Richland Girl’s Basketball and Softball or cheering on her husband and the athletes of Victory Multisport-an endurance training team participating in long distance swims, bikes and runs, primarily through Ironman.
