The daughter of a homebuilder and real estate broker, Melissa has been immersed in the industry from an early age. She holds a degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University and spent over 20 years managing residential and commercial construction projects before transitioning into real estate full time.
Melissa is known for her integrity, transparent communication, and unwavering commitment to her clients. She brings attention to detail along with a collaborative, solutions-driven approach to every transaction—always putting people first and believing that mutual respect and fairness are the foundation of success.
In September 2023, Melissa joined Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty, merging her deep local knowledge with the global reach and premier marketing power of the Sotheby’s brand. In 2024—despite one of the toughest years in real estate—she achieved a personal best in sales, earning both the Kuper Sotheby’s Circle of Distinction and induction into the President’s Club for over $15M in closed volume and invited to be a speaker on the top agent panel. She was also voted Best Real Estate Agent in the Fredericksburg Standard Reader’s Choice Awards and ranked among the top 10 agents in total sales volume by the Fredericksburg Central Hill Country Board of Realtors.
Melissa lives on a ranch that has been in her family since her great-great-grandparents settled in the area. When she’s not working with clients, she enjoys traveling, exploring the Hill Country, and spending time with her family. She’s also passionate about her dogs, Rhodesian Ridgebacks - a breed she’s loved and owned for more than 15 years—you’ll often spot her around town with one of her loyal companions by her side.
