Kevin Bondarenko joins the Asheville office of Premier Sotheby's International Realty after a successful tenure working with a local developer selling luxury new homes. As a licensed broker and real estate advisor, Kevin aims to delight and surprise his clients, deliver exceptional service, and exceed their expectations at every step in the transaction. His goal is to make the process memorable and one that his buyers and sellers want others to experience.
Beginning his real estate career in 2019, Kevin sold new construction homes with an average price point of $1 million, also managing community sales, signage, project development, new prospects, and networking events. In addition to working closely with the developer, builder, project manager, and subcontractors on all aspects of the construction process, Kevin researched, negotiated, and acquired large parcels of vacant land for future community developments. As the manager of an eight-person team, Kevin was responsible for design and finishes down to the construction punch list, ensuring consistency, proper time management, and customer satisfaction.
Kevin is an energetic and competitive real estate advisor who can inspire and motivate team members, successfully manage multiple properties, and perform under pressure in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. He is a member of the Land of the Sky Association of REALTORS®.
A native of Kyiv, Ukraine, Kevin speaks Ukrainian and Russian. He graduated from St. Petersburg College in Florida, with an associate degree in business administration. He resides in Fletcher, where he enjoys woodworking and making wild-edge furniture, boating, fishing, whitewater rafting, and downhill skiing in his leisure time.
