Under his leadership as the director of Towerhouse Farm Management Services and partner in Towerhouse Farm Brewery, Harrison’s most recent ventures have grown into a successful real estate management and event promotion company that hosts 70,000 attendees annually at The Cotton Fair Craft Festival and helps raise over $250K in annual revenue for local civic organizations in Meriwether County. Born and raised in Atlanta, Harrison studied architecture before pursuing a business management degree with an emphasis on entrepreneurship from Auburn University. His entrepreneurial spirit led him on a unique path, starting with a marketing internship and managing a farmer’s market in Odessa, Texas, that drew thousands of visitors. Afterward, he put his experience to work acquiring and revitalizing several property holdings in Gay, Georgia. His extensive real estate portfolio includes managing commercial and residential tenants for the owner, demonstrating a level of complexity that sets him apart. In addition to elevating events and providing unparalleled client and vendor services, Harrison supports multiple civic organizations through The Cotton Fair, which donates a portion of its profits to nonprofits such as Coco’s Cupboard and the county animal shelter. With a deep understanding of Atlanta and South Georgia, Harrison assists with a variety of real estate needs, from fine homes to land sales and commercial development. Navigating the intricacies of insurance, city zoning and negotiations, his ability to adapt, innovate and build meaningful connections positively impacts the regions he serves.
