Michelle Scarborough is a teacher at heart. She has a gift for guiding and nurturing others to overcome obstacles and achieve their goals. She is proactive, patient, and detail oriented. She loves that her job is the perfect pairing of two of her passions: people and real estate. Michelle was born in Texarkana and grew up in Austin, Texas. She graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Elementary Education and a minor in English. After school, she moved around a bit and settled in Granbury, Texas where she lived and taught for eighteen years. She even owned a home furnishings and design business, Rubbish Revival, for several years. Michelle now happily resides in Fort Worth with her husband, who are proud parents of their four grown children. Throughout Michelle’s life, she has rented, bought, and sold many homes. She has first-hand knowledge of what her clients are going through and she utilizes those experiences coupled with her up-to-date real estate knowledge to be a strong advocate for her clients. She builds trust with those she works with and wants all of her clients to feel like they have built a long-lasting relationship with her, even after the transaction is complete. When Michelle isn’t working, she and her husband enjoy traveling, cheering on the Texas Rangers, going for walks along the Trinity River with their goldendoodle, volunteering at church, and spending time with their grown children.
