Kali Denault is a solution-oriented real estate advisor with the South Tampa office of Premier Sotheby's International Realty who is committed to providing her customers with exceptional service before, during, and after the sale.
A native of Illinois, Kali was educated at Southern Illinois University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in marketing and a Master of Business Administration. Her background is in marketing with collegiate athletic departments, having worked at her alma mater as well as the University of Notre Dame.
She began her real estate career as an investor and landlord. Along with her business partners, Kali owns multifamily and commercial properties in Illinois and Florida. Due to her own real estate portfolio, Kali has a variety of experience and knowledge to share with her customers in relation to financing options, property style, investment properties, and county versus city laws and ordinances. She is not afraid of a non-traditional transaction and works very hard to ensure the journey is as smooth as possible for her buyers and sellers.
Kali is a member of Greater Tampa REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. In addition to being a designated Military Relocation Professional, she is a Certified Commercial Investment Member.
As a resident of Tampa, Kali is actively involved with multiple local organizations and philanthropies. She is the president of the Civic Association of Port Tampa City; is on the board of directors for the Tampa-area women's organization High Hopes in High Heels; and as a member of the Junior League of Tampa, serves on the planning committee for the group's annual gala. In addition to her volunteer efforts, Kali is a devoted wife and mother who loves spending time with her husband, their young daughter, Maddie, and the family's English golden retriever, Murphy. Whenever Kali and her husband find some free time, you can find them boating on beautiful Tampa Bay.
