Erica Schupp is a lifelong resident of the Hudson Valley having had the privilege of living in Kingston, Saugerties, West Hurley and Red Hook. She is familiar with New York State as far south as Brooklyn and as far north as Saratoga Springs; She grew up going on regular drives of the area with her family getting lost all over the Hudson Valley exploring new towns as often as they could. These days she's the one behind the wheel sharing her favorite spots with her children and her clients while learning their top picks. Erica comes from a family of Real Estate investors who have owned many properties in the area and taught her the ropes in property management, renovation, and maintenance. She personally completed her own two total residential renovations in West Hurley and Red Hook. In her free time she finds pleasure exploring local culture, events, the great outdoors, food, photography, house projects, and learning Spanish and Portuguese.
