Bob Radigan's love for Sanibel began in 1979 when he relocated to the island from Pittsburgh. He was previously a graphic artist and illustrator who ran a successful advertising studio until 1993 when he decided to join his wife in the real estate business. In addition to being licensed in Florida, Bob holds a broker's license in North Carolina, where his family owned a cabin on Lake Glenville.
Bob embodies the Premier Sotheby's International Realty mission to artfully unite homes with extraordinary lives. Together with his son, Sean, and wife, Vivienne, he goes above and beyond to ensure their customers are comfortable and confident in their choice to use the Radigan team. For over 30 years, Bob has prided himself on being a no-pressure real estate advisor whom buyers and sellers can rely on to make informed decisions. Additionally, his background as an artist enables him to quickly recognize and appreciate a home's design and envision a property's potential.
When he's not working with customers, Bob enjoys biking and walking around Sanibel Island, playing golf, gardening, and traveling. He also recently began painting again after 25 years. Bob is a member of the Sanibel & Captiva Islands Association of REALTORS®, Florida Gulf Coast MLS, and North Carolina's Highlands-Cashiers Board of REALTORS®.
