Mark S. Rose is a highly experienced real estate professional with over 30 years of expertise in purchasing, improving, and selling ranch properties. He brings to the table an impressive background in contracting for improvements such as clearing, road building, water systems, fencing, ponds and lakes, and barn and home construction - all geared toward enhancing property value. In addition to his extensive experience in the real estate industry, Mark also founded Living Earth - one of the largest compost and mulch manufacturers and distributors in America with 31 locations and 300 employees. He is a State Fair of Texas Youth Livestock committee member which raises money to buy animals shown by FFA students at the State Fair. It also awards scholarships to deserving students from high schools around Fair Park. Mark is an avid outdoorsman who loves to hunt and fish. He is an Eagle Scout and a life member and former board member of the Dallas Safari Club, a member of the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN). He has been married to his wife Peggy for 36 years and together they live in Bosque County on Lake Whitney. They are proud parents and grandparents to two daughters and one granddaughter.
