Originally from Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, Shaelyn Dimiceli grew up visiting the islands of Sanibel and Captiva. Her father is a broker/owner of a Lake Geneva area real estate firm and she was brought up in the industry for many years prior to being able to receive her sales license. Shaelyn has been working as an associate since earning her license in Wisconsin at the age of 18 and continued to expand her real estate knowledge into the state of Florida.
Real estate has always been much more than just a job for her, she considers it a hobby and something she enjoys. Shaelyn believes there is something different to say about REALTORS® who have been brought up in the business. For the majority of her life, real estate has always been a topic of conversation and she feels like she has learned so much from the different level of hands-on experience you receive from growing up in the industry. Shaelyn's mission is to work as hard as possible in order to become one of the most successful associates to have worked on the islands of Sanibel and Captiva. It is her duty to work that much harder to prove herself worthy of the business of buyers and sellers on the islands.
The number one thing that sets Shaelyn apart from other associates on Sanibel and Captiva is her age. Being young to her means being a quick learner, always expanding her knowledge on real estate and a willingness to work hard. Shaelyn understands everyone has to start somewhere and not only does she have a family in the real estate business, she also has some of the best teams on the islands to learn from, such as The Burns Family Team. Shaelyn is a member of the Sanibel and Captiva Islands Association of REALTORS® and the Florida Gulf Coast REALTORS® Association.
She is an avid outdoorswoman and if she is not working on a real estate deal, you can find her fishing. Shaelyn loves to share her knowledge of the outdoors with any other enthusiasts. From snowboarding and snowmobiling in Wisconsin, to fishing and boating here in Florida, it is hard for her to sit still.
