Alice Chan has an impressive real estate career spanning fifteen years, the first nine of which she spent as an agent in New York, before moving to London six years ago. After graduating with a degree in International Trade and Marketing, Alice worked in fashion for ten years collaborating with top designers and luxury high-end retailers before embarking on a new challenge in real estate. She hasn’t looked back since.
Alice, who specialises in investment opportunities and new developments, is Chinese-American and her cultural versatility gives her a deep knowledge and understanding of multiple cultures which benefits her clients greatly and assists her in successfully meeting their needs. This is exemplified by the fact Alice was the top negotiator in the new builds team for three years in a row and she has transacted over £1 billion in sales over the course of her illustrious career. Alice’s efficient, honest and patient approach and meticulous attention to detail have resulted in her curating a loyal client base, which she is continuously expanding.
Alice is bilingual and speaks English and Cantonese.
