As a young Chilean intern, I was selected to serve as Protocol Assistant for the United States Ambassador to interpret and help guide through serious difficult diplomatic journeys, subsequently doing similar work for the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
Moving to Arizona with my native-born architect husband, I became enamored by the Valley of the Sun and have dedicated my career to real estate for the last 30-plus years, representing clients on behalf of Mayo Clinic, Saint Joseph’s Hospital, Lifelock, Fennemore Craig, Arizona Cardinals, Us Court of Appeals and others,
I am personally involved in all aspects of a transaction in order to satisfy the client’s needs when it comes to selling their home or assisting them in buying a new home. I respond quickly to agents and potential buyers requesting to see your property, hold Open Houses, and communicate to keep you updated as to the activity.
In addition to participating in the traditional real estate groups, I do extensive networking within the real estate community, including colleagues, associates, past clients, and a wide circle of friends to identify the best properties for the buyer or promote my current listings to the widest possible audience.
My experience has taught me that it is not just about listings or sales but bringing people together to achieve their aspirations, solving the challenges they face when purchasing, or selling their property. Full attention to all the details coordinating with tradesmen, appraisers, lenders. I learned these skills early on and apply them every day.
