A born and raised Miami native Sarah Alayon brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to the buying and selling experience. Her talent being a good listener and knowing how to reach the right audience makes her a natural for producing meaningful sales results. “I consider it my personal mission to find the right home for every buyer or to help sell their homes at the very best possible price,” she explains about her approach. “So, I make it a point to understand what my customers truly need and then customize a strategy to help them achieve their goals.”

As a top producer, Sarah utilizes her knowledge and skill with competitive analysis, sales planning and client relationships. She then leverages these tools to help create strong marketing positions for sellers’ properties, communicate the most unique selling points of a home, and identify the strongest opportunities for buyers and investors. Above all, Sarah believes in achieving all these goals on behalf of her customers in an efficient and worry-free manner.

Prior to joining One Sotheby’s Realty, Sarah was a top producer in a top producing team at Compass. Sarah also worked as Vice President of Marketing for Cervera Real Estate’s General Real Estate Division. Before this she also worked with the City of Coral Gables’ Business Improvement District as the head of marketing, during which time she served all the local businesses of the community by organizing events, driving traffic to their locations, and supporting the foundation of the entire retail market in the area. It was from these interactions that Sarah made her way to real estate sales, inspired by the idea that buying or selling a home is about more than just a property – it’s about a lifestyle and an entire neighborhood atmosphere. However, Sarah’s first exposure to real estate first began while watching her own single mother who was also a real estate professional work her way to success in the industry.

Sarah is a graduate of Florida International University, where she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, with a major in Marketing. She is also a licensed Real Estate Associate, and is a member of the Miami Realtor Association and Florida Realtors. In addition to her professional pursuits in marketing, Sarah loves to spend quality time with her husband and children, family and friends. She also enjoys hosting special occasions and celebrating with the people closest to her in her life and staying active by getting a lot of outdoor exercise in her lovely neighborhood of Palmetto Bay.
