I bring practical sales and ownership experience to my clients. My career in real estate began more than a decade ago with the ownership of several investment properties. In 1999, I invested in Provincetown real estate and have owned and successfully operated rental properties while out of state, and while living in Provincetown, I share my knowledge with my clients.

Strong organization skills and market knowledge help me simplify the real estate process for my clients. My project background enables me to provide clients with important tools such as financial modeling, risk assessment, marketing along with a variety of negotiation strategies.

Assisting my clients in achieving their short and long-term goals is my mission in real estate, whether this be designing an edgy sales strategy for my sellers, or guiding my buyers to their dream home or investment.
