Sandra, a native of Washington, DC, has been working in the real estate industry for over 19 years. Prior to this, she worked in the legal field after completing her Bachelor's degree in Administration of Justice with a minor in Sociology at George Mason University. During her time in the legal industry, Sandra gained valuable experience in negotiating contracts and settlements, which has since successfully translated into her work in real estate. Sandra is committed to providing her clients with superior customer service and strives to make their experience enjoyable and rewarding. She achieves this by first listening attentively to their needs and goals. Her clients range from first-time home buyers to premier builders and developers in the area. Through her partnership with CIMA Design and Build, Sandra has acquired a wealth of knowledge on design, renovation, and new construction, providing her with a competitive advantage when working with clients. Currently residing in McLean with her husband and son, Sandra has also lived in Washington, DC, and Clarendon for many years. She holds licenses in both Washington, DC, and Virginia. When not working, Sandra enjoys traveling and taking long family drives.
