Raised as the granddaughter and daughter of custom home builders, some of Angela Padgett’s earliest memories are of jumping into her dad's truck on Saturday mornings to go check on the houses ... and she has been passionate about all things "homes" ever since.
Angela is a Dallas native who fell in love with a Little Rock native and who has lived in Little Rock now for more than a decade with her husband of more than 20 years and their teenage son and dog. Having relocated several times and to several states over the course of her life, she has a particular understanding of the challenges of moving into a new community.
With more than 24 years in the Real Estate industry, including corporate relocation, business development and referral management, Angela has a broad and varied perspective that aides her in offering her clients exceptional customer service. She considers it an honor to help clients find houses that will become their homes in addition to aiding sellers in staging and marketing their homes to showcase their features.
Angela truly enjoys every aspect of the home design and home-building process—from sketching out a floor plan tailored to a client’s needs to the smaller details of drawer pulls and all things in between. Angela understands the unique needs of the new construction and/or first-time home buyers as well as first-time sellers. Navigating a client through a process that is new to them takes extra care, attention to detail, and constant communication.
Angela and her family enjoy hiking, traveling, and—after getting married on the gorgeous sands of Seagrove Beach—spending time in 30A. When at home, they enjoy cooking and sitting on the deck and taking in the brilliant Arkansas sunsets. Angela loves to relax at her home, soaking in the view that made her want to move here!
