Nathaniel has over twenty-five years of real estate experience and specialises in the prime sector of the market, focusing on North Surrey. He worked at an independent agency in Cobham for 10 years which he helped set up in 2003. For nine years before joining Sotheby’s International Realty Nathaniel had been working for Knight Frank in its prime team covering private estates in Elmbridge. He was the top fee earner in his region at Knight Frank, and in 2020/21 and 2021/22 he was in the top three earners in the country for Knight Frank.

Nathaniel is passionate about assisting his clients with building and designing their own homes, assisting countless clients throughout the process, from finding a plot of land to the development and building of a home. Having grown up in North Surrey, he has unmatched expertise in the area, which enables him to successfully find his clients exactly what they want.
