As a 35-year resident of Montecito, Susan Conger has been a top producing agent in residential real estate sales for the past 30 years. She is a consistent leading producer and has been the recipient of the highest honors and awards throughout her career, including her former brokerage’s prestigious Society of Excellence, awarded to the top 1% of agents in California, and the California 100.
In addition to her real estate accomplishments, Susan has raised three wonderful children and has been actively involved in the Santa Barbara and Montecito communities. Her contributions have included serving as a member of the board of directors of Laguna Blanca School for eight years (three of which were as the director of the annual fund,) board of directors of the All Saints by the Sea Nursery School, membership in the Junior League of Santa Barbara, and Santa Barbara Rose Society, as well as supporting numerous other community services and non-profit organizations.
