Originally from St. Petersburg, Florida, Eric now calls Asheville, North Carolina home.
With a degree in business, Eric spent a decade in the fast-paced gaming industry as a table games manager for Caesar's Entertainment & Harrah's. However, as he and his wife began to expand their family, Eric sought a change from the casino atmosphere. Drawing on his wife's family background in residential development, Eric saw an opportunity to pivot into real estate. Over the past nine years, he has immersed himself in the industry, specializing in new construction and development projects.
During his tenure in real estate, Eric has made significant contributions to the Asheville community. He has been recognized as a top 100 REALTOR® in Asheville for four consecutive years and has successfully brought five developments from conception to completion, selling them out entirely. Continuously seeking to expand affordable housing options in the area, Eric actively collaborates with local builders and developers.
