Mary Frances Parker is a licensed REALTOR® in Louisiana and specializes in the sale of historic, residential properties. In 2011, Mary began her career in the industry as a commercial real estate analyst and appraiser but quickly ventured to residential real estate where she found her niche. Driven by her fascination with historic homes, interior design, and a love for helping people, Mary has built a quality track record as a buyers and selling agent. Her positive mindset and foundation in valuation has accelerated success when navigating new property types and territories. Mary has worked in nearly every neighborhood across the city of New Orleans from historic Holy Cross to Kenner and everywhere in between. Over the past year, she has begun working with clients in Mandeville, Madisonville and Covington. Mary is well-respected by her colleagues and has excellent working relationships with agents in her network. Mary’s academic background underscores her commitment to assisting real estate clients and bettering her community. In 2007, after three-and-a-half years at the College of Charleston, Mary earned a Bachelor's degree in Historic Preservation and Community Planning with an additional focus on Art History. She holds a Master's degree in Preservation Studies from the School of Architecture at Tulane University. Also noteworthy is her time spent as a board member for the Preservation Resource Center of New Orleans, where she dedicated time advocating the importance of the city's rich architectural fabric and heritage.
