Dana Dennis Gumber arrived in Vail from Iowa in 1989, and she’s been an integral part of the Vail Valley real estate industry since 1996. She raised her two daughters in the valley and has been involved in multiple community organizations over the past decade. Dana has successfully closed over $1 billion in sales, and she is consistently recognized as one of the Vail Valley’s top real estate brokers. Dana was the developer’s Founding Agent for both phases of Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail, leading the listing and selling of 32 luxury residences since its opening in December of 2010.
