With more than a decade of experience in the industry, Ginger's early years were devoted to working for two local green home builders. During this time, she honed her skills in selling homes across various San Antonio neighborhoods and price points, ultimately specializing in infill sales in 78209 and 78212. Ginger is a certified Historic House Specialist through the Office of Historic Preservation and the San Antonio Board of Realtors. She has lived in a historic Thorman home for nearly twenty years and has personally designed and managed two major renovations of her own. Her deep understanding of historic properties allows her to guide clients through the intricate process of buying and selling these unique homes. She utilizes her expertise to help her clients when considering future renovations and upgrades and is able to quickly create practical solutions to meet their wants and needs. From furniture placement to an accent wall, or a full remodel, she will paint the visual picture for you. Ginger’s innate ability to quickly identify her client’s needs and design style enables her to streamline the home search process. With her extensive knowledge of San Antonio’s neighborhoods, Ginger easily narrows down the options to ensure her clients only see the homes that truly align with their vision. She understands that selling a home can be stressful and overwhelming, and takes pride in guiding her clients through every step of the process with confidence and ease. Ginger is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a BBA in Marketing. She cherishes the unique blend of big-city amenities and small-town charm that San Antonio embodies. Ginger is proud to call San Antonio home. Outside of work, Ginger and her husband Ross are passionate travelers who love discovering new destinations and cuisine. Their household is completed by two rescued pugs, Voodoo and Wally. Ginger also dedicates her time to local dog rescues by fostering and volunteering at adoption events.
