Having made his own escape from frigid Midwest winters, Nicholas Overmyer’s clients benefit from local insight gathered over an exceptionally productive two decades in the US Virgin Islands. His work in the Territory has included leading high-end resort sales and consulting with several condominium boards, however some of his most practical knowledge comes from years spent as a property manager overseeing projects ranging from single-unit residential properties to a commercially operated 200+ unit condominium complex. The breadth of this experience has shaped Nicholas’ ability to offer clients a valuable perspective when searching properties. This hands-on experience serves as a complement to a brokerage style that focuses on a high degree of personalized service often extending years beyond individual closings. In addition to being licensed in the Virgin Islands, Nicholas maintains affiliation with Century 21 of Florida, providing him access to the full range of global resources available through Realogy Real Estate Services network. Along with his wife and two young children, Nicholas enjoys tennis and water sports of all kinds as long-time supporters of the St. Thomas Yacht Club.
