Joey decided to initiate his career in Real Estate by first pursuing a higher education in the Undergraduate Business Program at Sacramento State University. During this time, he obtained the knowledge and skill set that would better help him serve the Rocklin community. Joey attended and successfully graduated from Sacramento State with a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing. With education being a core value for Joey, graduating became a significant accomplishment that reflects his tenacity and commitment to personal and professional growth.
It is no question that Joey has a passion for supporting the community of Rocklin, in fact, you may first remember him as “Joe’s Dump Runs”. During his time in college, Joey faced the financial demands of tuition and living expenses head-on. To make ends meet, he took on the challenge of paying his own way through school via junk removal. What started as a young college student helping his neighbors with a truck and trailer, flourished into a relationship-building effort. From the continuous support of local residents, this supplementary income derived from junk removal allowed for Joey to pay his entire educational expenses while establishing a strong presence in the local area. This experience not only instilled in him a strong work ethic but also connected him with the community on a personal and reciprocated level.
Joey believes in a holistic approach to the Real-Estate profession. While the reputation for most real estate agents is seen as transactional, the reality Joey creates is that he stands as a partner.
