She has served as a planning commissioner and chair with the City of Marina and is a certified interpreter for the court system and for international translations. Young Seon is fluent in both English and Korean.
Young Seon has lived on the Monterey Peninsula for over 45 years and currently resides in Carmel. She is a mother to two daughters, one son, and two grandchildren.
