Matilda Thomas is a fifth generation San Diegan from a family of real estate investors and developers. She continues the legacy in Los Angeles, a place she has called home for over six years. She made the move north to attend the University of Southern California as a Delta Gamma. At USC she earned her bachelor’s degree at the Marshall School of Business coupled with a minor in product design from the Iovine and Young Academy for Arts, Technology, and the Business of Innovation.
Matilda has a passionate affiliation with Los Angeles real estate, especially on the West Side. She resides in Venice Beach where she leans into the neighborhood, enjoying all it has to offer in food, culture, recreation, and community. She understands what people are looking for when they want the West Side experience.
Matilda’s experience in real estate started upon graduation. She was immediately thrown into the thick of it, completing three deals within the first week of having her license. Since then, she has completed dozens of transactions, solidifying her place within her network as a blossoming agent on the West Side.
Matilda has always held herself to a high standard, striving for the best from herself and for her clients. She is proud to be working under the Sotheby’s International Realty name. When Matilda isn’t finding the perfect place for her clients to live or buyers for their homes, she can be found in Venice Beach playing paddle tennis. Come and say hello!
