Yvonne and her husband and real estate partner Tim Morse moved full time to the High Country. In her previous career as a traffic engineer, Yvonne owned and operated a traffic engineering business for over 25 years, assisting developers in Florida with their endeavor to obtain approvals for their projects by preparing traffic impact studies.
Yvonne's engineering career has proven to be an asset in real estate. This healthy background of technical analysis has proven to be highly beneficial in assisting customers through the extensive search and analysis process in their search for the perfect mountain home.
For leisure, she loves to water-ski in our wonderful lakes and to gem mine. Tim and Yvonne hike the numerous trails and assist various animal rescue organizations.
