PaulaSuzanne formally relocated to Puerto Rico in 2020 but has had ties to this enchanting island since she began her real estate career in 2015. She has experience in multiple facets of real estate, including commercial retail leasing, high and mid-rise residential development, and luxury residential sales. Involvement in various sectors of the real estate industry over the years has allowed PaulaSuzanne to provide her clients with a holistic approach when it comes to understanding their needs.

PaulaSuzanne was born and raised in the sunny metropolitan city of Miami Beach. As a first-generation American with strong Latin roots, her immigrant parents and grandparents are exemplars of the American dream, instilling in her a rigorous work ethic and relentless persistence to achieving her goals. Her family built a commercial real estate portfolio from scratch, and growing up, PaulaSuzanne actively assisted in its property management.

Ever the ambitious student, PaulaSuzanne graduated in 2014 from Columbia University with a Bachelor of Arts and continued her graduate education, earning a Master’s in International Real Estate Development from Florida International University and a double Master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania. She earned an MBA from the renown Wharton School of Business and simultaneously earned a Masters in International Studies with a specialty in Latin American Business.

PaulaSuzanne has an expansive network from her past experience in South Florida and holds close ties to developers on the island building new luxury projects in Condado and Dorado. This strong network often leads her to uncover rare, hidden real estate gems for her valued customers.
