Jon Ufland’s real estate career began in 2002 and included 15 years as an owner and Managing Broker of a real estate company, where Jon managed, trained and coached innumerable top producing local agents. Under Jon's leadership, the firm grew more than 350%.
In 2024, Jon played an instrumental role in merging his previous company with Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, Massachusetts’s largest locally owned and operated real estate company and the premier provider in luxury real estate across Eastern Massachusetts. His nearly two-decade affiliation with the Sotheby's International Realty® brand promises his clients unbeatable results before, during and after the transaction.
Having owned multiple home service businesses, Jon is positioned to deliver best-in-class marketing, listing, negotiating and closing services to his clients. With an entrepreneurial spirit, he is committed to helping his clients reap the benefits of a seamless buying or selling experience and expertly consults on property management as well as investment, development, and renovation projects.
