Recognized and awarded by the Province of Ontario for 5+ years of volunteer service in the City of Brampton, at just 18 years of age, Leandra has always had a kind heart and the desire to support several
charitable organizations. She has always had an outgoing, brave, adventurous, and personable personality. The experience of immigrating at a young age, and the adversity that comes with it at times,
fuelled Leandra’s drive toward equality and justice – hence, pursuing a potential career in law. During her four-year course of studies, she began working for a pre-construction real estate brokerage where she gained experience and expertise on the real estate market, new home construction and sales.
Upon graduating with Honours from York University with her Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society, Leandra’s passion for real estate quickly grew and changed her career path from law to real estate. With
her growing career at hand, Leandra dedicated many weekends to working for various builders across the GTA, to which she can now attribute as the start of her 10+ years of experience in the real estate industry.
Her career in new-home construction continued when she was offered the opportunity to work as the Décor Assistant for a prominent homebuilder in Brampton. After a year in this position, Leandra was
offered a promotion to the position as Decor Consultant. Following this, Leandra moved on to become the in-house sales representative for the builder. Working in this role, she went on to sell various projects ranging from freehold detached homes, townhomes, and high-rise condominiums. Amid her newest venture, Leandra decided to obtain her real estate license to further develop her skills in this vast industry. During her time in new-home construction, Leandra gained extensive knowledge on the real estate industry, decor trends, new home sales, and most importantly, customer service.
Travelling is Leandra’s second passion, and it’s likely that she’s usually travelling somewhere tropical. Leandra loves to experience new cultures and languages, but most often spends her vacations in
Trinidad with her family, immersing herself in its culture and beautiful beaches.
Leandra’s primary goal is to help her client’s feel at ease as they work together toward achieving their goals for building a real estate portfolio, whether that involves purchasing a new home, searching for new investment opportunities, downsizing, or purchasing their very first home. Her extensive knowledge in decor also allows her to better assist her clients in visualizing a home and its living space as their own.
