Nancy is the consummate planner and organizer, so her move to real estate just made sense! She spent a large part of her career as a legislative aide with the U.S. Congress in Washington, D.C. and as a Deputy Director for the National Endowment for the Arts. She subsequently served in Maine and New Hampshire providing constituent services on behalf of two U.S. Senators.
In 2002, she and her husband, Roger Grenier, decided to move to a warmer climate and spent time in various parts of Florida, looking for their next home. And after extensive travel around the state, they decided to settle here in Sarasota. It had all of the elements that they were looking for: the arts, culture, beautiful beaches and great weather.
After years of providing constituent services in Congress, serving buyers and sellers as a real estate agent was a natural progression. She began working with her husband uniting clients with their dream homes. Her love of real estate and understanding of the market garnered her “FIVE Star Best in Client Satisfaction” awards for five straight years.
Nancy is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Florida Association of REALTORS® and the Sarasota Association of REALTORS®, and has extensive experience in luxury real estate and vertical living markets. She and her husband have also been in the top 5% of sales associates nationwide receiving multiple awards for sales excellence.
Fluent in German, both Nancy and her husband share a love of the culinary arts and are often found in the kitchen cooking up gourmet meals for friends. Both are very active in their church, St. Thomas More. They have two grown sons residing in California.
