His experience founding and running Archaea Organics (a local organic, fair trade food production company producing 20 USDA-certified organic products in a solar-powered facility), demonstrates his commitment to high-quality organic food and environmental sustainability. He and his wife are huge supporters of their local Food Co-op and local organic farmers in Chatham.
