Originally from Canada, Rose Delfin move to the Big Island of Hawaii in 1996. After 8 years in the construction and building industry, where she met her husband who is a Hilo native and contractor, Rose entered the real estate industry. With education being a top priority, Rose continues to takes classes and certifications with the primary goal of keeping current with market and industry trends. She uses the power of that knowledge to benefit her clients. She currently has her Brokers license and the following designations; ABR, CRS, SFR, SRS, GREEN, GRI, e-PRO, AHWD, SRES, CIPS and RENE. As a multi-million-dollar producer, Rose has been blessed with the experience of working with her clients on their real estate transactions for the past 20 years. Each transaction, regardless of dollar amount is important. Hawaii is filled with properties to suit every lifestyle and budget. With lots of hard work and a bit of luck, Rose has created a strong network of Hawaii real estate agents and associated vendors that she can call upon for any transaction. Although she may not have all the answers, she does know where to go to get the answers you need to help you make the best decision in your sale or acquisition. As a full time agent, Rose takes her role in your process very seriously. “There’s no such thing as an average day at the office,” Rose says “even a relatively straightforward transaction will include a nuance or shift that differentiates it from the last one. Because of that, you must be solid in your ability to react to the market and manage the expectations of your clients—no matter the situation.” Outside her career, Rose is fully committed to her community. On top of having previously run a nonprofit organization with her husband, where they sought to provide affordable housing for families in need, she currently breeds Newfoundland dogs and has trained therapy dogs. Meanwhile, she is involved in animal rescues, having provided a haven for cats, dogs, horses, goats, sheep, and even a peacock. She enjoys paddle boarding (with her dogs) and spending quality time with her family. “I always try to serve people with excellence.
