Britt Allen has been providing clients with concierge service since she began selling lemonade door to door as a young girl. An entrepreneur at heart, she ran a robust suite of neighborhood services including yard work, mother's helper, and pet sitting, igniting her desire for helping others. Today, Britt is an award-winning real estate advisor with Premier Sotheby's International Realty, bringing her polished passion, charm, and exceptional customer service to buyers and sellers in the greater Asheville area.
Prior to her career in real estate, Britt served in high-performance sales and leadership roles in the hospitality industry. Educated at Appalachian State, she was a national sales manager for the historic Grove Park Inn in Asheville. Her position encompassed executing marketing strategies, planning client events, and negotiating large meeting contracts for the resort. After several years, Britt transitioned to a career in real estate. Eventually finding her niche in Ashville's luxury residential segment, Britt quickly rose through the ranks to become a top producer. In addition to being honored among the community's Top 100 REALTORS®, Britt was named one of the “40 Under 40” by Biltmore Beacon magazine and selected by her previous firm to open a Wilmington location. Britt has also been a speaker and moderator at regional and international luxury real estate conferences.

Britt lives in Sovereign Oaks with her husband, an internal medicine physician, their two children, and two poodles. The Allens have also lived in Biltmore Lake and Southcliff, two wonderful communities. Tennis, entertaining, philanthropy, and cheering on the Tar Heels round out Britt's favorite hobbies
