A proud native Houstonian, Susan Syamken has also lived in California and New Jersey. While attending college in California, she also had the unique experience of preparing tax returns for many movie stars. After eight years Susan realized that she was ready to return to the Lone Star State and raise a family. Her fightin’ Texas Aggie husband’s job then took the family to New Jersey for a few years where they experienced East Coast living, but returned to Houston as quickly as possible. Ensconced in their “forever home,” Susan enthusiastically embraces her favorite things about Houston; the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, Nutcracker Market, Memorial Park running, White Linen Night in the Heights, any Mexican food, and college sports games with the family. Currently residing in West Houston, Susan enjoys time with her husband and daughters supporting the community through various organizations!
Susan’s interesting career path has encompassed high level executive conference planning, Hollywood accounting, Associate Publisher for a Relocation publication, Business Development Manager in the title business, and Marketing Specialist for builders/agents. This diversified skillset allows her to offer her clients unparalleled partnership to provide value, integrity and professionalism. Susan embraces the philosophy that one’s path may not be exactly as one has planned, but it will take you to your best with hard work and dedication.

She has been involved over the years with JDRF, Susan G. Koman Breast Cancer Foundation, Cade R. Alpard Foundation for Pediatric Liver Disease and the Houston American Heart Association. She received the Distinguished Service Award from the Texas PTA for the school year of 2013-2014 with the Spring Branch Independent School District. She actively supports her church’s philanthropy drives, the NCL of West Houston and is looking forward to becoming involved with a charity for Parkinsons/Alzeheimers disease.
