My name is David Carlson. I have been an active agent/broker in our area since 1977. I began my career as an agent with my father-in-law, taking over his business that began in 1958. Now my son works with

After nearly 40 years as an owner/manager, I sold my interest in the business and now function as a Broker Associate, teaming with my son Neil. I have personally handled many hundreds of transactions in my career, mostly homes and land parcels. In my managing role, I was responsible for overseeing thousands of transactions done by my company.
