Sarah graduated with a degree in business and has always said that her passion is helping people reach their goals. Before real estate, she spent twenty years helping others achieve their health and fitness goals as a personal trainer and teaching tennis pro. When the Naylors moved to Rockwall, their real estate agent played a huge role in their home purchase, and Sarah’s transition to real estate was easy from there.
Owning a home is a huge goal for most people, and Sarah was confident that, as a real estate agent, she could play a key role in helping others achieve it. Sarah jumped into real estate with the same tenacity she brings to everything in life, and in the nearly ten years she’s been licensed, she has been voted the Best Real Estate Agent in Rockwall County for multiple years by the Rockwall Herald Banner.
While she works throughout DFW and its surrounding areas, Rockwall County is “Where Home and Heart Meet” for Sarah and many of her clients. When she isn’t out at a listing appointment, showing a home, or assisting her clients, you can find her networking, planning her next community event, or turning up the competition on the pickleball courts.
Sarah’s commitment to communication, honesty, and professionalism shines through everything she does. Her clients regularly praise her strong negotiation skills, professional expertise, work ethic, and intimate knowledge of the Rockwall County area. With every transaction, her aim is to achieve the greatest win for her clients with the least amount of stress possible.
In addition to working closely with clients to achieve their individual goals, Sarah loves to encourage connection within her community. Throughout the year, she hosts three large-scale events with thousands in attendance. Her Egg Drop in the spring and Heroes’ Day in the fall have won “Best of” for Rockwall County community events. Held and co-hosted by Tate Farms, Christmas on the Farm is Sarah’s third annual event, delighting the entire family. Through each of these events, Sarah creates numerous opportunities for developing relationships and fostering greater community involvement.
