With a successful track record in development, brokerage, and property management, Julian has developed a considerable expertise in valuation analysis and multi-family investments. Julian has purchased, renovated, and sold, several hundred multi-family rental units with sales in excess of $24,000,000. In addition, he has led partnerships to identify and acquire well-located apartment complexes and convert them to condominiums with sales exceeding $20,000,000. And, he has successfully purchased, renovated, and resold dozens of single-family homes in the central corridor of St Louis, thus developing a passion for all things real estate related. Despite all of his experience and knowledge, Julian believed that using experts is the best path to success. When the time came, to sell his family’s longtime personal home, he and his wife engaged Warner and Sam to sell their home and purchase a new home suitable for their lifestyle. The Warner Hall Group left an impression on him with their knowledge and professionalism. Julian has joined the Central Corridor’s top-selling real estate team to bring his unique skillset to The Warner Hall Group and clients throughout St. Louis. A former marathoner, Julian now enjoys his time away from work walking, biking, cooking, and traveling.
