Janyne Kenworthy knows Florida, especially the barrier island area of Indian River County, having lived in South Florida in the 80's and choosing Indian River County's Barrier Island as her new home more than 24 years ago. Her expertise and superior knowledge of the area and its real estate has produced a multitude of sales and listings serving both the needs of buyers and sellers. Janyne has successfully participated in over $300 million dollars in sales. Janyne shows her dedication and concerns to the area not only in her business knowledge and integrity, but in her memberships in local organizations. She currently serves on the board as treasurer of the North Beach Civic Association, Inc. and is active in the Summerplace Improvement Association, Inc. and the Barrier Island Coalition. She was also appointed by the Indian River County Commission to the North Beach Corridor Task Force. Prior to a full time career in Real Estate, Janyne spent eight years as the Marketing Director and CFO of Great American Automatics, Inc. which laid the ground for sales and marketing tools to achieve success in the real estate sales market and beyond. Janyne specializes in Barrier Island homes and Mainland homes, condominiums and residential homesites. From the first year that Janyne joined Michael Thorpe Real Estate, Inc., when she was selected as "Rookie of the Year", Janyne has been recognized as being a Top Producer consistently for the last 16 years.
