Kevin Wesley has spent his whole life on Roatan, where his family’s roots go back for generations. Kevin’s family has been involved in the local fishing industry and hospitality sector for many years. He built his own home in West Bay, where he lives with his American artist wife, Nicole, and their two beautiful children. While Kevin has been successful in diverse activities, ranging from sports fishing tournaments to the construction industry and hotel development, his wife owns and manages a tourism attraction on the island. Together, they are an established part of the Roatan business community.
Kevin has led the construction team in developing one of the island’s earliest condo resorts and he is a partner in Roatan’s first large luxury hotel. His background in the island’s hospitality, construction and real estate sectors goes back twenty years. Kevin has been a member of a successful condo resort sales team and has worked for another international brand realtor in Roatan, prior to joining the Sotheby’s team. Kevin is a veteran in his field, and he has excellent contacts with local government. As such, he is uniquely qualified to assist clients in their search for the perfect real estate acquisition.
