Growing up in northern Michigan, Paul was surrounded by real estate from a young age. His dad owned a boutique brokerage focused on upper-tier properties in Traverse City and Paul developed an interest in the industry—all while witnessing the joy associated with helping others find a home.
After graduating from Pepperdine University in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Paul worked in marketing and sales for several years in Southern California. During this time his twin brother relocated to Kauai and, after several visits to the Garden Island, Paul was hooked. He obtained his Hawaii real estate license and made the move to Kauai full-time in 2021. The beauty of Kauai coupled with the warm aloha of the people made it an easy transition and he affiliated with Oceanfront Sotheby’s International Realty soon thereafter.
Paul enjoys using his extensive marketing background to help homeowners sell their homes, his knowledge of the island to help buyers looking to relocate, and his passion for helping others to provide exceptional service to all his clients.
In his free time, Paul enjoys hiking, photography, and exploring Kauai’s beautiful beaches. He is actively involved in the community and is a member of Hui O Laka, a non-profit dedicated to preserving Waimea Canyon & Kōkeʻe State Parks.
