Born and raised in Norfolk, Virginia, Wesley's deep-rooted family heritage in the industry is reflected in his grandmother, the late Betty Wrenn Hoggard, who served as vice president of Nancy Chandler & Associates in Norfolk, and his late great-grandfather, who founded Horatio Hoggard & Associates in Virginia Beach.
Wesley's adventurous spirit has taken him across the globe, from the savannas of Kenya to the golden palaces of Dubai and the pristine waters of the Maldives. His six enriching years living abroad in Panama have endowed him with professional proficiency in Spanish. He holds a bachelor's degree in international business from Regent University, complemented by studies at Florida State University and George Mason University.
