Betty joins The Friedman Team at Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty equipped with an MBA in Finance and bachelor’s degree in accounting from CUNY Baruch College. Passing her CPA exams right after her undergrad years, Betty led a distinguished career in New York City, with extensive experience with real estate investments over the course of two decades.
As a veteran in the hospitality industry, Betty holds a high standard in customer service. Prior to joining the real estate industry, Betty was the President and CEO of a concierge company that provided services for over 50 hotels in NYC. Betty’s interpersonal skills and her knowledge of the industry enabled her to quickly expand the company’s market share and product offerings.
In her early 30s, Betty began to develop her love for real estate. She oversaw a major expansion and renovation for her first home. Ten years later, Betty was ready to build her dream home. The two-year process allowed her to be deeply involved with all aspects of the design and construction process, and enabled to build strong relationships with regional developers in the New York City metropolitan area. Since then, Betty’s passion for real estate has blossomed over the years with her homes and investment properties.
Having lived and worked in New York most her life, Betty has built an extensive circle of clientele. Furthermore, she is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Shanghainese, enabling her to expand her reach to international circles of buyers and sellers.
