After studying in Germany, Mario moved to NYC to work as a graphic designer and TV producer. He bought and renovated his first property, an apartment in West New York, transforming it into a rental investment. Escaping the city, he spent summers in Dutchess County, exploring the Hudson Valley and inspecting houses. Several years later, he purchased a fixer-upper near Kingston with a unique water view and spent a year renovating it. He decided to stay permanently and later added the adjacent property, converting a shed into the successful AirBnB, "The Blue Jay Cottage." Mario is truly living his dream. Mario's travels have made him open-minded and sociable, turning clients into friends. As a German, he is organized, detail-oriented, and has a strong work ethic. His award-winning graphic design career honed his creative problem-solving and negotiation skills, ensuring win-win solutions in real estate deals.
