AMI: 17731 - Born from the inspired vision of its founder, Alberti's House aims to bring to the market her personal experience, translated into commitment and determination to fulfill the best interests and objectives of its business partners. Born in Switzerland, Pamela Alberti Pires spent her youth in Italy, the country of her mother and grandfather (Antonio Alberti), an artistic painter who remains her great personal reference. The name of the company is intended to pay fair tribute to those who transmitted to her many of the values that she still maintains and intends to transmit in her work. At the age of 17, she decided to independently complete her studies in the country of her father, from Bragança, in Trás-os-Montes. Using her status as a working student, she obtained a degree in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto. At the same faculty, she obtained a Master's degree in Commercial Law. For 2 years, she taught as an assistant in the Commercial Law department. After her training period, she joined the Portuguese Army where, as an officer, she was a consultant with responsibility in the area of Military Law. She continues her professional career while dedicating herself to physical activity, practicing various sports such as Boxing, Trail and Body Fitness; from the first she has won the national championship, from the latter she dedicated time to teaching and coaching, which added skills in interpersonal relationships and client support. In 2006 she made her first real estate investment that changed her perspective on what she wanted for her life, creating the foundations for her passion for the real estate market. With this in mind, and with a view to training and learning, in 2016 she joined one of the largest real estate brokerage brands on the market. In 2020 she decided that she should pursue real estate brokerage independently, applying for a license in her own name to practice the activity. Along this path, she participates, accompanying clients, sellers and buyers, in deals totaling 10 million euros in transactions. At the same time, she maintains and increases her personal real estate investments, dedicating them to the short and medium-term accommodation market with success and high rates of return. During a real estate prospecting action that she carried out in Lake Garda, Italy, in October 2022, the idea of combining these two businesses into the same company first emerged, thus creating the vision of Alberti's House. From the path presented, she intends to bring determination, resilience and commitment as the objectives that define her for her clients. In this way, she aims to prioritize quality over quantity, with the motto “No challenge is too great, nor any task impossible”.
