Over 23 years, she honed her skills in HR, purchasing, sales, acquisitions, and marketing, ultimately focusing on sales as the company expanded. Her business acumen and customer-centric approach have seamlessly translated into her real estate career, where she has achieved remarkable success in just four years. Notably, Nita surpassed $20 million in sales during her first year and recently graced the cover of Real Producers after exceeding $50 million in sales, a testament to her dedication and expertise.



Nita is committed to continuous learning and is currently pursuing the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designation, regularly participating in educational opportunities to enhance her skills.
