My career in Real Estate began 17 years ago, when I had my own contracting company and was investing and renovating homes throughout the GTA. Through all of those projects, I started to get a greater understanding of the Real Estate industry and obtained my Real Estate License. Investing in Real Estate allowed me to truly appreciate. what a good purchase is, how to get the most money for your sale, and how to avoid bad properties. Upon getting my license I truly enjoyed helping clients buy, sell, and invest in real estate and therefore took up being a Realtor as my full time career. From there I learned to appreciate the intricacies of Luxury Real Estate and what Toronto can provide on a world stage when it comes to that market.
With all of my acquired knowledge, I successfully built a team that has been helping clients buy and sell entry level homes up to high end luxury properties. I have consistently been top in Sales for the past five years which includes various awards such as top two percent nationally and top in sales for my office. As the leader of the Mackinlay Group, I like to mentor newer agents into great success while helping the team grow to more success every year. Our focus is attention to detail and to listen more than to talk. The team philosophy is true leaders in this industry are the best listeners and really pay attention to what clients need and want. My passions outside of Real Estate are Soccer (Football!), all sports in general, my family, and design/architecture.
