Holly Nelson is a dedicated real estate professional serving Utah’s Heber Valley and the surrounding areas. As a member of The Cottle Team at Summit Sotheby’s International Realty, Holly works alongside proven professionals who are committed to excellence and raising the bar in today’s evolving real estate industry. Holly works with buyers and sellers at all price-points, and is passionate about helping families find their perfect home. With local roots in Heber City and a background in nutrition science from Utah State University, Holly combines her love for community with a genuine desire to serve others.
Before real estate, Holly worked in the medical field; she began her career as a CNA and later transitioned into medical coding. While she always aspired to care for others through nursing, Holly discovered that real estate allowed her to fulfill her passion for helping people in a more flexible and rewarding way.
Holly joined Summit Sotheby’s International Realty in the fall of 2024, drawn by the brokerage’s outstanding brand recognition and supportive local resources. Partnering with the Cottle Team allows Holly to learn from established professionals while elevating her own growing services. When she’s not assisting clients, you can find Holly spending time with her husband Jason, and their four children; Aayla, Gavyn, Lyra, and Breha. She home-schools her children and their family enjoys hiking and playing games together. Holly’s genuine care for her clients, combined with the support of her dedicated team, ensures that every real estate experience is positive and successful.
