Whether the client is a first-time buyer or a seasoned New York property owner, Jennifer adapts to their desired level of involvement and knowledge base. She is a constant tourist in New York, among the first to go see new sites and neighborhood developments, and she's lived all over the city in the last decade. Jennifer has a deep understanding of the business and legal aspects of real estate transactions - but she also understands the emotional aspect of buying or selling a home and how to guide clients to the right choice, based on their combined financial and qualitative needs.
