Charles Davis is one of London’s top property brokers specialising in London’s prime residential development market, with a focus on the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, the City of Westminster, and the River Thames. With over 20 years of experience, he has witnessed the evolution of new-build properties, transforming undervalued real estate into coveted investments.
His career started in Mayfair and St. James’s, Charles became Head of Flat Sales at Hamptons International in Kensington, where he helped define the future of prime residential developments, leading key projects like Academy and Thornwood Gardens. He later served as Director of Sales at Jo Webster Properties, specialising in residential resale and managing Native Land's latest developments. His expertise further expanded as a partner of Knight Frank in the prime residential development team.
Charles’s experience includes leading sales and marketing for a new development on the Italian Riviera. On returning to London, he co-founded a boutique advisory service, continuing to serve his high-net-worth clients.
Outside real estate, Charles has a passion for yachting, having raced grand prix yachts worldwide and crossed the Atlantic eight times, often sailing with his wife and two daughters.
